Can't drink, smoke, diddle my willy. Doesn't leave much to do other than watch you blokes stumble around playing Agatha Christie.

Because books.

but meh! Physical exercise is good for cramps, right?

I read this as "metaphysical exercise" and thought, now there's an idea.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Both Charlie and Bubba think me doing my floor based exercises is the best game ever. Only one of them tries to lick my face but they both climb on me.

I am at SFO. Soon, LA

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I am in a church mtg thing until 3. I am not really feign it, but I do love some of the ppl here. I had to leave to get myself lunch because the entrees they had were pasta with beef. Beef I can't eat at anything and I am not eating pasta for 8 wks, so not great for me.

The internet ate my post. I can almost take a hint. To sum up, snow=change in plans because no new weather boots yet purchased. Wearing a wristwatch again for first time in years=checking time constantly. 2:07 EDT.

ETA: I mean 2:12 EDT. Apparently I need the practice reading an analog watch face, so no more worries about checking constantly.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Today has been not good so far. Luckily my afternoon promises to be better because there will be Lee in it

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I have to go to work. Don't wanna.

We went to the barn this morning, helping with one lesson. The client was an independent rider, so neither K-Bug or I had to do much. Just groom and tack and then walk in circles for a while. The same horse was being used for the next lesson so we didn't even have to groom and put Snoops away.

In a bit we are off to a 4 year-olds birthday party. This is one of the kids K-Bug nannies.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

New plow guy came, for some reason went down the steep driveway without finishing our parking lot and couldn't get back up again. Needless to say, he isn't getting paid his full quote.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

We just bought a rowing machine because it was the one exercise machine we both like and will use. Setting it up today.

One of my roommates has a rowing machine and I have been putting it to good use as my New Years resolution. I do 20 min a day, 5 days a week. I can skip a day or just not go that hard for the twenty minutes if I'm feeling tired or lazy. My distances are increasing steadily. I'm a big fan.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

I love the elliptical because then I can read while exercising. Double tasking FTW. (ok, sure, I listen to audio books while walking outside and then I can be listening to a book, walking and people watching all at the same time which is even better, but requires the outdoors to cooperate. Elliptical don't care about night, or rain, or blustery winds.)
