I am so sorry, MM. As Tara said, Its always sudden.
I am a stress sleeper, too. Although I am not even really enjoying my dreams or anything. Last night I somehow got roped into painting a set that wasn't even for a company I worked for, and I didn't know how to paint it really. The would was really rough and it looked awful.
Combination of the time of year and, well, my default reaction to stress is to try to sleep through it, I think.
Yup. Time of year + stress + sinus infection = ALL THE SLEEPZ. Last night I dreamed about Iron Man becoming a chocolatier. Like, Iron Man in the suit, not Tony Stark. Apparently it was really good chocolate.
Iron Man Chocolate needs to happen. Make it so.

I've been to the doctor. My blood pressure at the office was actually 108/80, which maybe supports my decision to get out of this job by the end of March even if I can't find another before then. I'll find out tomorrow if I'll need additional testing or not.
108/80 is considered high?
When I went the dentist last week, mine was 160/108. It's never high like that, so I was a little freaked out.
I think there are a lot of reasons for you to get out of that job, shrift. Sanity and health are just two of the best ones.
