My body is not behaving. I think there might be things in places that don't belong there. I guess a call to the doctor is in order. But I can't make that call from the office, so I guess I need to go home for lunch.
That will give the opportunity to eat healthier, so bonus. Oh maybe also take care of an errand. Ok, now I am looking forward to the excursion instead of dreading having to move.

The only reason I'm accomplishing anything today is because I've got my headphones in and I'm cranking the new Fall Out Boy album.
I want more sleep. And today is the day I can get stocked up on it. The next two days start hours earlier than usual because of staff meetings. Except can't just crawl back in bed now. I have to go get an oil change and buy cat food.

Yeah, she is unfortunately a pro. While she was asking her about what kinds of things the doctors were doing to help her, she pauses at one point to listen to my mom's answer and then goes, "Yeah, I know how that is." I was cracking up. She sounded so grown up commiserating and making sure the doctors were doing everything right.
Wow, I just did a terrible job co-leading a meeting. Tired.

So there was supposed be be a surveyor here between 1 and 3 for some preliminary surveying for the eventual Green Line extension, but no show at all. At least I've got some house cleaning done up. Le Sigh.

So I have this interview for a PT proofing gig for a jewelry company which would be perfect, and I think I have a really really good chance of getting it. It would be a PERFECT on-site addendum to my Wordslingeuse biz. And we need the money. Oh, my, yes...
So, F2F interview and proofing sample exercises tomorrow. AP style. I'm a CMoS and MLA expert and haven't used AP in a while. Took 15 quizzes online, but don't have and can't afford the book until I get the job, you know.
So.
What dictionary does AP generally want utilized? I'm seeing a ton of phrases hyphenated in their latest catalog, some of which wouldn't be in CMoS. And I'd like to check before I went in tomorrow, get a feel.
2014, they're still anti-Oxford comma, right?
I mean, I know some things will be unique to the company's in-house style guide, but I like to be prepared. I know that's a shock...
