Yikes, Kat! I'm glad she's doing better now.
TNG has had digestive upset the last few days, but took a turn last night into not being able to keep anything down and barfing quietly in the living room. She's also weirdly quiet--she usually whines when she is upset, and wakes me up. But I didn't hear anything.
Now she's just laying around, and isn't hungry, which is a bad sign. The vet opens in an hour, so I'll call them then. Probably I'll have to get in line behind people whose pets got upset by the fireworks.
I hope Grace is doing better now. I do know how scary it is. When I was 10 and my sister was 8, she started having seizures while we were on vacation. We had to drive on unfamiliar mountain roads in the dark with sketchy directions to get to a small hospital. I think that's still in my mother's top five scary things ever.
Consuela, TNG? Photo proof?
Oh no, Kat, how scary for all of you. Sending all of you much love. Hope that tough little girl of yours gets better soon.
Hope the vet visit goes well, Consuela. I recall a similar scare with my cat Burrell many years ago.
Oh Kat, so sorry this is happening instead of a nice vacation!
You'd think Saturday first thing in the morning after a holiday when there is NOBODY in the waitig room my doctor would be on time. So far 15 min late and counting...
Crises over holidays are horrible. The people you need are taking deserved breaks, staffing is spotty and doesn't have the resources they need, and so much has to be postponed. All prayers to Grace.
Kat, ~ma to Grace, and sorry your vacation got cut short. Sorry you're in Idaho instead of home, too.
Consuela, good luck with the vet visit.
It's a lovely day. 75 degrees and low humidity. I have the windows open.
Connie -- it was that way when my Mom died at the start of Labor Day weekend.
Yeah, the storm blew in some glorious weather at least!
Oh Kat, how terrifying! I hope everyone is doing better today.
