I am making lemon tarts for a baby shower tomorrow. I am using mini tart pans for the first time, and the tart shells are rather...irregular in shape. I don't know if perfectionist me is going to demand a redo of them, but that will wait until tomorrow. As it is, I still don't have a gift for the shower.

They ARE everywhere! Did you tell them you knew us, or was there no non-awkward way to do that? In any case, the parents own the company Tim works for. And we should be seeing them later today. (Also, their family has really good DNA, because it's creepy how much Doug [Louis's dad] and Lou [Chloe's dad] look alike. They're all that way.)
