I impulse bought some quail eggs last time I made groceries (I assumed it was a dozen, but they are decimal for some reason) and today I have hard-boiled them for lunch. 5 I wrapped in bacon, and that was pretty freaking good, and the other 5 I am dipping in Grey Poupon to simulate deviled because they are so small actually making deviled eggs out of them seems too finicky. Quite nice.
