It's probably not appropriate to say "Oh my goodness you are so cute" to my 20-something male coworker, is it? But he's wearing this hilarious diagonally striped shirt that is probably what all the cool kids these days are wearing, and he's just adorable/ridiculous.
I am so old.
I have not actually noticed a coconut-y smell on coconut oil.
There are different kinds of coconut oil. Refined and unrefined, or something like that. The un-whatever one tastes and smells somewhat coconutty, but the other one doesn't.
It is certainly way less coconutty than, say, cocoa butter. I wish it would sink into my skin better.
I love coconut oil for dry skin, and I hate the smell of coconut. I've never noticed the oil smelling overly like the ... fruit? Is is a fruit?
ION, thank goodness for Sock Dreams. Dad mentioned to me that he can't find any good wool socks, and the ones that Mom had knitted are starting to wear out. After feeling melancholy and wistful about Mom (I thought getting hand-knitted socks and arm warmers from her for Christmas was the best thing ever, and it's one of the many things I miss), I ordered a bunch of socks for Dad.
Dear ita:
Merry Christmas.
(Except for one small part of that link that makes me feel old. Other than that, it's perfect.)
I think the cocoanut oil just smells very vaguely like sugar tinged with vanilla. I rubbed a little in my ends, too -- dyed my hair today, so it needs all the moisture it can get.
I think it's too oily for my face often.
Jesse that is the best thing.
