I'm eating a meal in a diner attached to a gas station convenience store, which sounds really pathetic, except they have really good food, so this is actually a highlight of my day.

I would like to leave work, but I don't have choir rehearsal until 6:45, and it won't take two hours to get there and have dinner, and there's only so much time to kill outside when it's freezing.

It was my day off, which was slightly marred by me not knowing if I would have to come in, or if I would have to present to senior management tomorrow. I still don't know if I have to present. ha. I'm assuming it's a no at this point.

I defied the major fire downtown and drove into work so I could grab a few very needed files. But now I am home and actually being productive. Shocking! Of course, that all ends when I go to pick up the kids in 30 minutes but hey, as long as we don't drive each other crazy I'll count the day as a win.
