The rolling in nuts is a pain. And I find the cookie part too cakey rather than fudgey. I think if I put in a whole egg (rather than just yolk) and melt in some dark chocolate (currently just cocoa powder) that might do it. Will try tomorrow.
It's odd that I have enough cookie recipes under my belt, despite not being a Cookie Monster, that I know how to tweak them for results. I like making cookies more than I like eating them. If only I could make them consistently pretty.

63 here. It's bonkers. Great weekend for Tim and his brothers and nephews to go camping, though. (The high Friday when they left was in the 30s, so it's 30 degrees warmer today. Madness!)
