Welp, after charging the jumper thingy all day, I hooked it up the battery and the car still wouldn't start. So I called my dad for advice, and realized that the place that put in this battery was about to close anyway, and was generally disheartened, but I kept jiggling the cables and trying the starter and eventually it did start. So now my parents are coming out to loan me their truck while we figure out what to with my car. Which is still running in my driveway because I am afraid if I turn it off it will never start again.

Supposed to be getting ready to watch football, dammit.

I just realized that all I've had to eat today was a PBJ sandwich and a couple small cookies this morning, and that might have something to do with why I've been feeling like shit. I still have zero appetite, though, so I'm opting for mac-and-cheese comfort food.

Gonna watch Jeopardy and see if I can beat the contestants at Final Jeopardy, my nightly ritual.

I may be the only person rejoicing over the weather leading into Thanksgiving, as it give me justification beyond what I already have going on to not head home for the holiday. I wasn't planning on going, then got sad over the weekend and started looking into train and bus schedules and prices, then saw the prices, then saw the weather. Now even my mother has said it's a good thing that I'm not coming up.
