Epic, flying in to SAN the night before. I get in around 8 pm. Meeting at 11 am, then drive to LA for meetings the next day.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Well then, I guess, wave as you pass the Mira Mesa/Sorrento Valley exits? Or did you want to try to catch dinner (or lunch depending on the length of your meeting) in San Diego before you head north? Tricky timing, huh.
Maybe someone will knock on your door and tell you they buy old netbooks! (MAJOR bonus points if they drive up in Connie's hubby's car.)
Almost--my roommate said she wants it!!
Tomorrow my plan is: done boxes of books and electronic crap (I'm scared to get rid of the mystery cords--what if I need them??), buy new suitcase because mine broke, and...uh...pack for my trip?
Epic, we could do a late dinner if that works? My fear with lunch is that my meeting will go long, and the next thing I know I'm in LA rush hour hell.
If your initials are MD on Facebook, then it's me who just sent the friend request. We can coordinate backchannel. (Aside: I can't believe we weren't already friends.)
I have decided it's time for Zinfandel. That seems like a wintery wine that might have therapeutic effects.
That gets my "cellar" down to 12 bottles which, sadly, is still too much for my weak-assed winerack.
Roommate has been released from the hospital, so I'm gonna go ahead and agree to social outings on both Sat & Sun. If the Best Buy downtown accepts recycling, I can start getting rid of old electronics a few items at a time on my way to meet people for drinks and brunch.
I didn't need to say that three times. Thanks, phone.

Those are my initials. I can't access FB until I get home, but I'll make certain to check in as soon as I get there. Which is to say, yes, dinner would be lovely.
OK, I just got to the point in How to Get Away With Murder from last night where they show actually how the murder happened....and is it just me, or does it seem like if they had just called the police right then and said "Oh, we were arguing and then he tripped over the staircase" or something, it probably would've been fine??? But when you move the body, burn it, etc, then yeah, that's TOTALLY making you look super guilty.
Like, WTF kind of wannabe lawyers are these?? Eh!
ETA: Hah, nevermind, just watched a few more minutes and I get it now.
Even still... I'd think the bruises on her neck would be enough to show it was defensive, y'know? They could come up with some reason why the man was strangling her!
