I put flannel sheets on my bed this weekend and last night the temp rose to 16C, and I woke up because I was too hot. I can't win.

I'm another who goes to bed cold and wakes up too warm -- and well before the automatic thermostat raises the temperature in the AM, too. I figure it's my capillaries relaxing or something when I'm rested.
