finished kitchen floor, baseboards, walls, and even wiped down a few of the cabinets with spots. I have laundry to fold now and need to put the second load in the dryer.
also vacuumed the front living room.
I found two baskets full of clothes that no longer fit in the guest room. Those were the ones I was goon take pics of for Burrell and Kate. expect at least one batch up on fb today for you all.
Now getting some stuff listed on ebay.
I got a pedicure, and did half a load of laundry.
There's probably tons else I should do (including "work out") but...meh. Well, I'll try to do some more laundry.
Only did a little in the kitchen BUT I got the lawn mowed (I like my new mower (it is actually just a weed-whacker with a little rolling stand, so light and maneuverable!)) and edged and the birds fed. So that's not bad. Maybe time for a break?
I made soup and washed dishes. And I did work-work for about 3 hours. What I need to do is make a comprehensive list of shit I need to get done, in manageable steps, because overwhelmed paralysis.
I am listing homemade Christmas stocking from my mom's quilting group. I hope they sell.
Then the pile of clothes. Who has teenage boys? sizes 12 -16 mostly.
He's growing out of size 16 already? How is that possible?
he's 5'5", maybe 5'6" - size 11 shoe. it's crazy.

If I could live anywhere, it would be a lot of places. In no particular order: San Diego, San Francisco, Portland OR, Edinburgh, Amsterdam, anywhere in Belgium.
today:
made yummy breakfast
washed the kitchen floor and spot mopped the rest of the house
cleaned the tub and washed the bathroom floor
walked down the the corner store for cat food, hard cider, comet and diet soda
read a book, played on the internet
I was staring at a tree from my back deck, remarking on how still leafed it was. Wait, those are abnormally large leaves...it's either a ginormous muder of crows or unkindness of ravens. Too dark to tell. Probably hundreds, hunkered down in the rain.
I wouldn't want to be parked under that tree.
