I liked the last of Ahsoka's stories, but most of them felt a bit unnecessary. Although it was shocking to realize that Dooku had
killed Yaddle
around the same time that Qui Gon was killed. That's much earlier in the timeline than I expected him to go bad.
Also, didn't anyone
wonder what had happened to Yaddle?
Asokha's last one was definitely the best of the three and continued the Star Wars tradition of introducing a
a really cool-looking villain who promptly dies without doing much
.
Yeah, I had thought Qui-gon's death was supposed to be Dooku's final straw rather than him already working with Sidious beforehand.
And I agree, nobody thought
a Jedi Master "going missing"
immediately after the Sith revealed themselves and killed another Jedi should be a cause for concern?

The Legend of Vox Machina season 2 red band trailer:
Well, I know what Emmett's doing for the immediate future.
I just watched Vox Machina up to the current cliffhanger. It’s lots of fun.
Even knowing what was going to happen from watching Critical Role that cliffhanger hit me pretty good.
I'm curious if they'll ever reveal that Grog's
belt does more than just give him a beard
or if they've decided it's just a gag item in the show.
LoVM Episodes 2.4 to 2.6:
Wow, they're making some bigger changes from the original game now, though still keeping to the spirit of what happened. Lots of confusion among the fan base as to whether they've made some large geographic changes in the adaptation because things or there was some off-screen magical travel we didn't see or both.
Making Vax's "plea" to
the Raven Queen explicitly what allowed Vex to be raised rather than just a possible factor
works better as a story element, both for his plot lines and for making sure
death
has a proper impact.
LoVM Episodes 7-9:
Okay,
Cheech Marin as Trinket
while Vex is
tripping
is a hilarious cameo.
More divergences from the campaign. I'm really not sure what
Ripley's
goals/motivations are here.
The entire Scott Pilgrim movie cast is returning for the Netflix animated series. That's kind of ridiculous considering the talent involved. [link]
