So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

PM, I love the idea, but it isn't "lending" if the $$ isn't expected to return. More of a grant.

Very good point!

I tend to forget that part.

And all freaking taken care of. Insent, Kat. I swear to god, I am my own worst enemy. I know how my brain goes wonky this time of year and yet...

But now I get to see y'all. Not for as long as I'd like, but I'm going to blame my coworkers with new babies for that.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I am thrilled to discover that Memphis' public television station has Prof. Ghoul's Horror School carrying on in the tradition of creature feature host Sivad.

Also, in Horror Hotel Dennis Lotis plays a character so smug and condescending that I'm cheering for the satanic cultists to do him in.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

It's Saturday, isn't it? I woke up absolutely convinced it was Sunday. I suppose I should be grateful for an extra day of weekend.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I don't understand why I woke up before my weekday wake-up time, even, but there you go. I've managed to not do much of anything for a couple of hours since. Later, I'm going to go to Target to look at that bar cart and make sure I want to buy it, and then to see my coworker's husband at the Boston Book Fest. Good times!

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I had the opposite. Yesterday evening I was all of a sudden like "wait, I fly out *tomorrow*?!

I'm having my divine portobello sandwich. It always makes me happy.

I got more than 5 hrs sleep for the first time in over a week. Glorious. But I did think it was Friday when I woke up first, and panicked (because it was already 7.)

Gotta go run errands. I should plant some bulbs this afternoon. But I think I need pavers to keep the squirrels away....
