Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

SHE'S FROM BELIZE!

Since I'm home I got to supplement my normal Belizean "wow, I mistook your accent for my supposed one" icebreaker with "look at this knife my sister got me from your home".

And she thinks our modified routine is perfectly cromulent, so whew!

"Nurse ____ has been trying this variation on the procedure to minimize adverse effects, including nausea (or whatever). And it is helping."?

That's exactly what I led with, once I stumbled over he place of origin (I swear, the accents are *so* similar...).

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Good luck, ita !

That is pretty perfect hair. I see it as a little longer. Not, like, recent season Sam length, but long enough that even after getting it cut it wouldn't be what normal people would call "short"

I will totally get onboard with your first white font. Less so the second, but I think that's for reasons you haven't gotten to yet (The problem with slow-burn continuity is that it's hard to remember when things happened or were said). I think I pull a lot more of X-Files into my visuals than you do.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Wasn't everyone gaga over a Night Vale trailer a while ago? I wasn't in the fandom at that point, and now I can't figure out which one it is.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Poor Finnbarr had a traumatic day yesterday. Also, I have determined that I will no longer do oil paints using a lap desk instead of an easel.

These two facts are directly related.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Perfect Sunday so far. Long dog walk, read for a while, nap. And now football while I clean through the enormous mountain of rumpled clothing that the intruder left scattered all over. (I mean, that has to be what happened, right? I'm sure it couldn't have gotten that bad on its own.)

And the dog is all worked up thinking we are going for a walk (spoiler: we are not) because I woke her up to make her put on her Green Bay collar. So that's amusing.

Because books.

Yay for the substitute nurse!

These two facts are directly related.

Uh oh.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Phew, nurse! Can you keep her?

Is Finbarr less white that is optimal?

Expressing his more colorful side?

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

His toes were a bright, bright green, but I did not want him trying to lick that stuff off. So, he had to have his paws washed, which he did not appreciate.

Then, the poor little guy - with long-furred and sopping wet paws - took off before I could towel off the worst of the water. Of course, his very next stop was to the litter box with the clumping litter.

Instant cement boots.

This, Dana: [link] ?

I think I pull a lot more of X-Files into my visuals than you do.

That makes perfect sense. And I can see where the second of my mishmashes is pretty weak, but everytime the word tan is used to describe clothing colour, I start to try to start, ah, pegging holes no matter their shape.

Nurse visit was great, but for some reason I feel more highly nauseated than usual. Should call home in case it gets worse, but laundry might have to wait.
