Started picking up the slack on an old project that has passed through the hands of two going on three DoH's, only to find that NO WORK WAS DONE! Could you have it ready by the 9th? It wouldn't be so bad if I had ever been included in any part of the project from the beginning.

I am coming to the conclusion that while I don't ever want to have position of director, I think we need to do away with that title and give me a colleague of equal peer who is simply administrative. I'm kind of getting tired of breaking in new bosses and adjusting to new tunes and being in the middle of wars between them and the ED flavor of the year. I'm dizzy.

I also don't appreciate walking into work to have the unpaid intern convey marching orders from the DoH. Not on. If only she was ever around to talk to.
