All my thoughts and prayers to you, and her memory, and her family, Sophia. I saw that Facebook post and I remembered your bad feeling right after she vanished, and my heart just lurched for you and her. Long-distant hugs in abundance.
And so much love to Tom.
Hec just left with amych to drop her off at the airport, but she got tacklehugged by all of us first, as proxy for all the Buffistas too far away to reach.
Oh, Sophia, I'm sorry. That's so sad.
Sophia, I'm so sorry.
(((Tom)))
I got up at six to feed the cats. I meant to go back to bed, but now it's time to get ready for work, and I am still here on the couch. Now, I'm wondering if I could sneak in a ten minute cat nap.
We saw the Blue Man Group last night which was very fun. What I didn't expect was that the percussive music would be so very good.
People painted up still freak me out a bit. I tried not to make eye contact when they went out in the audience. Up on stage is as close as I wanna.
I'm so sorry, Sophia. That's really sad.
Thank you everyone. I think this is hitting me right in the mid-life crisis you were talking about earlier.
Sue- I so wish I did not have to get up BEFORE 6 to get to work! I am actually very late right now because I did not sleep well, and I fell back asleep.
I am not sure I could see the Blue Man Group without thinking of Tobias from Arrested Development and giggling.
Sophia, that's tragic, and I am so sorry.
How very sad, Sophia. I'm so sorry.
Sophia, that's sad, I'm sorry.
Random: I can no longer hear Al Spoler (local npr/pbs food guy) without picturing him in swim trunks. He's a regular at the pool. It's weird. Also, I can smell everything today. Like, the breath of two people walking 6 ft in front of me. People stink. I can only hope to get through my meetings today. Thank god I don't have the one with the guy whose breath repulses me on non-hypersensitive days. It's not that he has bad breath, it's just bad to me.
That's really sensitive, sara. I wonder how dogs cope.
