I did start the new guy confined to the guest room, but he's now alternating exploring the house and hopping on my lap for snuggles. He's also managed to use the litter box correctly.

A maple nut scone and some pretzel bits are NOT good sustenance for the day. No wonder I was feeling like crap. I have some cod in the oven and I just finished some tomato/mozzarella salad. Already feeling human again. Shocker.

Jackson seems to have reverted to type and opted for the crevasse between wall and desk in response to all the noise from the festival outside, though Molly is chilling out on the rug behind my chair.
