Hi people! Haven't been by in a while, or else you are talky meat. Skipped many posts, sorry.
Did get to see ~t's nifty new haircut. Looks great!
I am drowning in grading because I get almost no time to do it. Like today. Woke at 6:15, didn't get a chance to sit down and grade until 4.
Sister update: first round of chemo didn't seem to touch the tumors, which continued to grow, so we have a new treatment plan starting tomorrow that sounds like scorched earth to me. 7 days continuous IV infusion of poison. I'm a bit scared of how hard it will be on her poor system. Please please any spare prayers, crossed fingers, ~ma, what have you that it will work.
That's a great haircut, ~t!
All kinds of ~ma to your sister, Burrell. That sounds like it's going to be rough, I hope it does some good.
All the ~ma for effective and helpful results for your sister.
Nice cut -t!
Very pretty, -t!
Hell YES, it is!
Burrell, I hope the new treatment helps your sister. How are you doing?
Prayers for your sister and for all who love her, Burrell.
I hope the process is easier, and more successful. than imagined.
t, I *love* it. and may I say your glasses are terrific.
Burrell,
lots of prayers and 'ma for your sis coming at you.
May it be the right poison, Burrell. If it's any consolation, continuous IV infusion is sometimes less hard on the patient, because concentration in the blood is lower. It's a lower level over a longer time.
