Amy! Don't fuck it up! But I'm sure you won't.
Cash, I'm so sorry about your mom. I hope things are better than they seem right now.
Jesse! Paris! Awesome!
Me, I got on BART this morning and the seat I got smelled like pee. Lovely. And then when I got to work I talked to the owner and he very nicely explained that he didn't have enough work to justify keeping me around next week. SIGH.
But on the other hand! I have a new Star Wars book by Martha Wells on my Kindle, and SHIELD starts tonight. So that's something. And tomorrow I'm going out for beers with a friend. And next weekend I go to Chicago and I will see my brother's new restaurant, and go to the farm, and taste apple brandy, and all that will be awesome.
'ma for Amy!
'ma for Amy!
consuela, seats that smell like pee are no good.
all the ~ma and don't-fuck-it-up Amy. More of the first, because you won't need the second at all. Good luck!
Consuela is this the restaurant DH & I went to? With the lovely beers that DH adored? And a drink called (I think?) a Swing? Oh that restaurant is wonderful.
Be constant, Amy. Like you are.
Those are some bummer downsides, Consuela, but the other hand is full of awesomesauce!
Consuela is this the restaurant DH & I went to?
Yes! They opened another one in Evanston a few months ago, much larger. So my niece is head hostess there--for the next month. Until she turns 21 and can start serving.
Thanks, everyone! I am wildly nervous, because this could be, like, an actual job that I'm good at, for people who are not criminals and scumbags. Trying to breathe.
you need to get the fuck out of there.
