If I have yogurt for lunch (or anything super cheesy) I don't get clogged up until dinnertime. Delayed reaction. Not sure if it is intolerance or something else.

Lee, I think your neighbor's new dog has a playmate. Whether he likes it or not. And Charlie has a new best friend. So awesome.

I think it goes both ways--I missed the shot of Archie's nose breaking out of the dirt under the fence, but I am pretty sure I will get another chance. It was just awesome fun watching them together.

Reconcile with your neighbor and install a pass-through. A couple of my neighbors put in a gate between their yards so their dogs could go back and forth. (And my neighbor and I are semi-seriously wondering if we could cut in gates into our deck walls so the humans could pass through... cause climbing over after a few glasses of wine is sketchy!)

Doggie doors in the fences!

Reconcile with your neighbor.

I should add that I haven't been disagreeing with Archie's family or anything. It's more that they (especially Mr. Neighbor) didn't really expect a dog with this much determination to be with other dogs, and they aren't really sure what to do.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I liked Blacklist, but it did feel like a bit of a Silence of the Lambs ripoff.

I was annoyed that:

1. The security guard didn't know the names on the Top 10 list. If nothing else, she would have been staring at them all day, it might have rung a bell or two.

2. That a high level security team would be fooled by some jackhole on a bridge telling them to turn around for a chemical spill. If it was legit, they would have known about it and detoured.

3. They didn't have a security team on Kane's house and husband. They would have been watching them for no other reason that they would be trying to figure out why Reddington picked her.

4. It wouldn't occur to them that he'd slip the chip. I mean, they were so obvious about putting it in, they even did it in his left shoulder so that he could use his dominant hand to dig it out.

5. I refuse to believe that an FBI background check could miss this kind of shit on her husband. And also that she's not taking that shit straight to the FBI, she's going to be all cagey and hope that he tells her? Please.

Although I was amused to see the hospital as "DC General Hospital". DC General Hospital is closed. And if it wasn't, trust me that it wasn't the kind of hospital that you wanted to be in. Unless you'd been shot, because they got so many gunshots that the custodial staff probably could have triaged you. But you wanted the hell out of there as soon as you were stable.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Every goddamn thing Vortex said. I was entertained, but my implausibility meter kept clanging loudly.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So! Kevin at the management company came back with an offer to let me move out sooner. (Which would have been helpful if I were moving into my partner's place, I guess.) I said no thanks (dead grandmother, sick father) and asked if I could sublet the place. He said no, they only approve sublets for three months and if the tenant is coming back, but they reduced the penalty, so I'll take it. And now I don't have to clean like I would for a subletter!
