Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm currently meeting a friend for beers, and am so not into it! Am craving the quiet.

information libertarian

We are watching Fellowship of the Ring, if anyone wants to throw theirs in and watch, too. Except we have to go take Dillo to a birthday party at 6:45. At one of those horrible party places at Newport on the Levee. Maybe I will make mr. flea do it.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I am sadface for lo! I would happily hang with you msbelle but I need to go and visit with my sisters in the hospital tonight. Becca is in town and has been at the hospital all day. I know she'll want to see another face tonight.

Teppy, I like the scarf thing you linked to, but then I'd be afraid of looking someone who would wear sunglasses like those. Babushkas are always cool., though.

do enough of us play any one game on fb that we could virtually be playing in realtime together?

ugh, my son is DESPERATE to go to the video game store. I am DESPERATE for him to save up money for a new game system, but NO, he CANNOT just sit on money. He has $50 and probably no real plan of what he wants to get, or he wants some super old out of cycle game that they will not have. grrr.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Steph, probably scarf or hair net things. But, yes, just ask your hairdresser. They'd be the authority.

Ugh, have social thing to attend tonight. I am full of exhausted. I just ate a snack and am hoping that some of it was failure to blood sugar and not failure to can. Because I must. And I can't even wear this morning's makeup. Well, I could. But it's been quite warm and stressful and being in and outside and it doesn't look fabulous now.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

We drove over Smuggler's Notch today in the mostly-fog, but it was still cool. Thank goodness we go home tomorrow!

I really really like Vermont, which is rare for me -- most places I like OK, but just this area and Tucson have pushed my BUY A PLACE HERE LIKE RIGHT NOW buttons.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I liked Tucson a whole lot, but then I remember you could hear someone fart on the other side of town for two reasons, and only one is good.

eta: on very short reflection--nah, not that good.
