OMG, I would shovel horse poo too work in England. It's all theoretical at this point, but before I accepted my first full-time job years ago, my plan had been to continue interning, and I'd wanted a chance to do some work over in England.
What I love about my new boss, and this may change with a reality-slap, is that she designs from dreams and passion, and not from budgets and practicality. Instead of starting with a number, she starts with a vision, which is how I've always designed (and then got bitch-slapped with the budget). But mayhaps she's got the chops to say "No, this is what we need, get the money for me so that we may be awesome".
