You also might try Lush's Retread conditioner. The smell is a trip, but my hair likes it a lot.

My hair is below shoulder length right now and I am thinking a lot about going back to the pixie. I love the ease of super-short hair, but I worry that I look kind of mannish.
I didn't understand the hair panic until I went to get my hair cut for basic training. Yeah, it'll grow back, and it's not rational, and it wasn't like I was in love with my hair.
Then, after I got sick of my hair flopping into my eyes during PT, I got a pixie cut and was in love. And the next time I was due a haircut, there wasn't a salon, and so went to the barber and got a high-and-tight, and while it was unflattering, I was deliriously happy over the extra minutes I was able to sleep because showering was shorter and I didn't even need to brush my hair, let alone do it up/style it. And otherwise, I would have needed to wear a hairnet for airborne school. I did shoulder-length eventually, opting for pigtail braids that I could pin up, but work ended up showing that long hair led to branches snagging shit out of place and went back to short.
Hey other parents - is Care.com a scam or is it worth the membership price? I put up a free ad for an after-school sitter, just on a whim, but of course you have to pay in order to contact any of the sitters who respond. And I've gotten a TON of responses, some of which seem very good on paper. But I don't know if I want to plunk down $40 on this.
Has anyone posted on Craigslist for an apartment? As in: I'm looking for an apartment, here are my specific requirements? And had it be successful?
girl, be careful with craigslist.
Jessica, I've heard good things about Care.com here in regards to senior care.
I like my pixie, but I've been thinking of moving back to a short bob. The transition's annoying, though.
I'm pretty happy with my hair these days. I had it super short for a few years, post divorce. Now it ranges between chin length and shoulder length, slight reverse A-line. My most recent color took it a lot darker than I was expecting, but I really like it. It isn't black, just dark, dark brown. With purple highlights. Kept those.
I like my hair but not enough to share it twice.
So, ummmm, I'm home alone, bored on a Friday night.
