Go Grace! How odd that must be for her.

Yeah Grace!!
GRACE!!
ION - I am fighting off the doldrums of being back home. There is all this stuff to do and I don't want to do it.
Oz, the cat, seems to basically have stopped eating. He has lost weight in the last week, I am sure of it. He is drinking water and I think he ate a couple of treats today.
The cat sitter did not keep them locked in the back rooms, I found pee and poop in the entry. also dried up throw up on the kitchen floor which I am not sure how she missed (or maybe she just didn't think cleaning it was her responsibility).
bags to unpack and clothes to wash and then a pile of mail to go through and THEN we'll be back to the regular levels of clutter.
Go Grace!!
Yay Grace!
msbelle, sometimes I find coming home is the most stressful part of being away. While you're away, all those daily unpleasant things aren't your problem, and then you come back and there's all this real life waiting for you. Wishing you strength to wrestle it down! Good thoughts to Oz, too; I hope he's all right.
Woo Grace!!
Grace! Go you!
On a completely different note: I impulse bought an artichoke yesterday, and cooked it for dinner tonight in the microwave, which meant weighing it first to get the time right. So I also weight the discarded leaves when I was done, and it seems I ate about half the mass of the artichoke. That doesn't seem bad.
