Ugh Connie!
And sorry about the leaky, msbelle.
I just saw my daughter's ballroom dance recital! OMG! The kids were so fabulous, and all dressed up, and it was wonderful. Franny is right at that stage where the big girl starts to peek out from the little girl. Then ate a bite for breakfast/lunch, but likely not enough, only it'll have to be as I need to go take care of my neck next. Then home, and I hope some rest.
Oh crud, ita. Much job~ma coming your way.
Oh, dear, ita. I hope your job is actually more secure than it feels right now.
Aw, ballroom!
Yikes, ita. All kinds of job~ma.
Today at work is the memorial event for my boss. I'd be just fine holding it together if people would stop asking if I'm okay.
I am THINKING VERY HARD at everyone to stop asking you that, aurelia.
job~ma for ita, and leave-me-alone~ma for aurelia.
brenda, do you want to vent about it? I'm sorry you're feeling hurt.
Of COURSE as soon as I entered my time sheet (we have to do it a couple days BEFORE the end of the period, which is nutty) I end up on a plane that is so far 90 minutes delayed. We are away from the gate now, and not allowed out of our seats. But I figured by now we'd be in the air--I need to pee!!
It took me until last night to realize that I couldn't watch the Blackhawks game tonight because I'm going to see Neko Case. However, I'm going with a fellow hockey fan, so at least we'll both be obnoxiously checking the score.
Oh, funny story: Last night on my way home, there was someone on roller skates handing out flyers. When she gave one to me, she said, "YOU look like you like roller derby!" She's right, I do look like I like roller derby. I mean, maybe I do, I just have no experience with it.
