I just called for a dermatologist appointment to get a mole checked, and got an appointment in August. Good grief.

That happened to me when my whole body was peeling off.

My boss just came in to rant at me. For getting a recognition.

Because she feels it insufficient appreciation the project accomplished (also, could they wait until we were really really really done? Instead of one left to go??)

I just had to laugh.

Major ghost-in-the-machine happening still today (carryover from last week.)

It's going to be a weird week.

I am sitting at my desk feeling quite awful, and my eyes are leaking tears. I swear I am not crying, just my eyes are.

And I have a 1 on 1 to discuss my 2014 goals with my boss in fifteen minutes.

How are your sinuses, ita? When I get a really bad cold, my eyes start tearing up because there's a natural drain from your eye sockets into your sinuses that gets swollen shut. So I can be completely calm or happy or whatever and I'm streaming tears down my cheeks.

(Interestingly, the chemical composition of Sad-Tears is different than Regular-Eye-Moisture.)

I have been being driven slowly mad over the last two weeks by a fly (or nanobot spy) buzzing at about 80 db around me. There's a whole house, fly! Buzz somewhere else. It's probably been more than one fly; as one dies, another sneaks in with the dog. It's more exciting at night, when Mr Peabody jumps on me trying to catch the fly.

SOMEbody's got a case of the Mondays.... It's me, you guys.

The upside to a Tuesday deadline you get on Friday is that at least it goes by fast? The bad news is that it's frantic until then.

Also I left my laptop at home this morning.

And my shoes are uncomfortable. I couldn't remember why they were office shoes, not commuting shoes, at my last job, because they look like they should be really comfortable and yeah, no. Pinchy at the front AND floppy at the heel.

That does sound exciting! Begone, drones! Ginger isn't up to anything. Although maybe they are watching Mr. Peabody.

I've definitely had pain cause my eyes to leak tears, if that makes you feel any better, ita. It's an odd sensation. Hope the one on one goes well.

I am at the laundromat AGAIN since coming once a week wasn't cutting it, but I am focusing on the bright parts of coming here, currently those = Starbucks for iced coffee and free wifi.

I'm breathing fine! It's like when things hurt or I feel unwell, my tear ducts just spurt, although I'm not feeling any of the other crying components. No sniffles, no thing. Just leaking eyes.

If I didn't spend so much time alone (I don't even sit within eyeline of anyone at work) it would be epically embarrassing.

But my boss admitted my workload is low right now, so I'm going home to leak tears there instead.
