Because he knows, Scola left a travel mug of good tea with his doorman since he lives near the church. So I had good tea with me, on a trip where I couldn't be bothered to wrangle my own.

I just managed my way through a Church picnic while sticking to my fitness/nutrition challenge rules (mostly pale stuff). SO YAY for me.
Now to get the following things in in the remainder of the day:
exercise
stretching
meditation
wrangling the clutter a bit in my room
and also eating more, both now and at dinnertime, because while I managed to follow rules at the picnic, my stomach is growling for more food.

Tom, that was a lovely thing to do.
I went for a long run with my niece (it's so lovely to be able to do that!), and I painted the inside of one of my bookshelves, and I re-stained some of the back deck. Now I need to vacuum, bring the shelf inside, paint another one, and start bringing books inside so I can refill the shelves.
And get my toenails done.

I'm still procrastinating my stupid work (although I've made some progress), but should also clean the bathroom. I have wasted so much time this weekend! But maybe I needed it? Also took my mother out for brunch (early Mother's Day) and had a nice visit with my father....
