I am *so* over this foot. I *will* be driving by tomorrow afternoon. I doubt I'll be happy about it.

Hey beer aficionados, would you recommend Amstel Light or Stella Artois?
No.
Heh. Under ordinary circumstances I'd opt for Guinness Extra Stout instead, but those were the low carb options I was aware of at the corner pub. Shouting kids in the street made me reconsider going to open mike comedy night though; I don't want to be trapped in a bar with them.

I took my dad to an appointment and then out for beer and chicken pot pie at a local pub. So nice: quiet, cozy bar with soccer on the televisions and really good beer on tap.
And now I really should bake some cookies but I'm tempted to just go crash instead.
I'm not driving from West LA to Pasadena with my left foot. And back.
Also, if I can drive to the ER (and expect to drive back) I don't need to go.
