Timelies all!
Going to a matinee of CA:TWS this afternoon. Then I can catch up on stuff. Meanwhile, I'm trying to type around Nova again.
No word on any cats who may or may not have been involved. Probably fled the scene.
That sounds about right.
Caught up with my mother this morning, before she went off to a friends's father's funeral. I have to confess I'm glad to have the time time alone. And it sounds like she's been really busy all week, so will be happy for alone time this weekend as well, which is good. It sounds like my father has been up and down as they change meds, but is happier, at least. And there's a place he could move into now! If the hospital thinks it's time. So in short, I think everything is OK.
I'm getting geared up to drop stuff off at the Hazardous Waste Recycling 'event' this morning. I am so unexcited.
That is good to hear, Jesse.
We moved the bed from one side of the room to the other! This does not make me hate the bathroom in this house any less, but I think I like the change.
ION, a world of mine is the stretch goal this weekend for Storium's kickstarter. I am swinging between delight and fear, as is the way of my people.
Link deleted because wrong link. Doh.

Ugh, is that today? Is that for like paint and stuff? Do you know how often they do it? We have a ton of crap in the basement that needs to be properly disposed of, but today is clearly not the day.
Moving the bed to a different place in the room recently totally changed the paint color. It was too blue and I was starting to hate it, but post move it's much more grey. So odd. But it's not just me, my sister remarked upon it immediately.
So here's the funniest thing about coming back from this kind of trip: The US immigration forms ask a bunch of questions about if you've handled livestock or wildlife or whatever, which I didn't. But I did go into multiple cholera wards at hospitals, not to mention all the TB patients, etc. No questions about that!
That seems like a dangerous oversight...
Glad you're back, Jesse, and your dad's living situation might be heading toward a good solution.
