I just had a couple cups of miso WITH CHICKEN. Also, my kidneys are mad. Unsuprised, since I didn't have to pee for the past 24 hours. Sorry, so sorry, have some more water! Still have minimal stamina, but was able to shower and throw in a load of barfy laundry. This after waking up at 6:30, sleeping until 8:30 then sleeping again until 12:30. So.
