Hey, ita's back!
Steph, I feel like that sort of thing is totally common for doctor's office's, and it's so shitty and I have no idea how it's the norm.

omg guys - so remember how the guys in my office were doing the wakkadoodle 7 day, cabbage soup diet. Well one of the guys has and has had GI issues. HE IS NOW IN THE HOSPITAL WITH AN IMPACTED BOWEL! what in the world was he thinking. He may have to have surgery since they were not able to clear it over night.
!!!!!! msbelle. Is it a direct result of the diet?

You'd think all that cabbage would have the opposite effect.
Comes back, tells me that they're calling in an Rx for atenolol. Which is a pill for blood pressure, not an inhaler for asthma.
I remember that! That's so bad.
My doctor's office has gotten much better about prescriptions now that they have the patient portal online. My pharmacist is also a champ, and will totally call and bug them if something's not right, or if I go in to pick up something and it's not there.
I don't think so, but his body was NOT at all used to eating that much fiber. You would think it would have cleaned him out, but nope.
He generally eats like crap. Almost all red meat, potatoes and bread. I bet the only veggies he regularly gets are the lettuce and tomato on a hamburger.
not the brightest bulb this one.

Seriously.
I thought I'd say hi. It has been a while.
We missed you.
Missed you, ita -- so glad to see you back.
