Yeah, I heard Donahue was pulling out. He's such a waste of air, and it's embarrassing to have him attempt to represent me (as an Irish Catholic American). He doesn't represent me, but he claims to. Don't be on my side, jerk!

Just in case you all needed another reason to think less of my co-workers. They are doing the 7-day Cabbage Soup diet as a contest for weight loss and seriously trying to convince me it is healthy and endorsed by Hospitals. It's like they have never used the internet.
I have a gas mask you might want to borrow.

I did that diet in high school. Before I knew I had a "sensitivity" to citrus acid.

I am bring in food everyday. Not jerkily. Just buying lunch out. Today was a shrimp po boy and a chopped salad with chicken (yes, 2 entrees, cause that is how I do). still only 910 calories.
I killed the thread with my hatred of my co-workers.
I need to workout after work today - I think a wii fit session is in order. maybe a lot of boxing work.
I try to bring my lunch in, but there are a bunch of places in walking distance to pick things up and bring them back here to eat so that happens too.
I just noticed the clock. I should get out of the office and go home! I have been driving the beach road and it is quite lovely. Even when I am allowed I may not go back to I-95. A1A is so much saner.
