Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

It was the one positive thing I reblogged! And for naught...CRUSHED.

Sorry--noncombative thing. I think I was being totally positive in the TRUTH sense.

Which isn't necessarily applicable, but it was when I did it. Just then. Around the paper.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Oh, that is the best, Amy! Soup made for you when you are sick is like nothing else. And with homemade noodles, yeah.

Because books.

He's pretty cool like that.

Today was a sad day. I should go read Good Stuff.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Typo, thanks. My resignation letter stated that August 23rd is my last day. If they keep me through that, then I will take the next week to recharge. If they don't then I'll take a week and start August 26th.

ita !, thanks. I will be starting either August 26th or September 3rd, depending upon when I'm released from jail. My new boss emailed me tonight asking how it went. I think he was concerned they were going to counter-offer. They didn't. Because they knew they couldn't match it.

I'm glad you are taking a breather in between, Maria. Congratulations!

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I am feeling completely overwhelmed today and am doing my best to settle my head down.

-school registration is 1:30 - 3:30 which I need to try to do on my lunch hour
- cannot find proof of mac's shots for registration
- also have therapy tonight which means I should leave work early
- walked into work with a list of things being asked of me that no one had sent via email
- I am still 2 days behind on paperwork from the loss of power and network last week
- overslept

since my write ups at previous job had to due with attendance reliability, I am always stressed when I have to take work time for shit. I had emailed my boss last week about registration though. I should have just taken a vacation day. stupid.

Good luck msbelle. I have every confidence you will get through today okay, even with all the stressors ganging up on you like that.

Because books.

I know that feeling, msbelle. Deep breaths.

I'm also totally into this: Coffitivity. I don't know if you can use it, but it's really calming for me -- being here alone, I like the sound of other people, and you can make it just soft enough to be barely noticeable.
