Congrats Maria. And while understand you want their input as to when you leave to maintain cordial relations, do remember that in the end the decision is yours. If they can't decide quickly, you set the time frame. If they decide and want you linger for months, you can say "no". Just remember that if they make you choose, good relations with your new boss are more important than good relations with your ex-firm that mistreated you for so long. And your sanity has some value too!

I find the girly tees run quite narrow - at least a size small, I'd say.
