Drat, I can't get my heart rate monitor to work. You leave a thing lying around for an undetermined but lengthy period of time and the batteries lose all their juice. Who'd a thunk it? Fortunately, it is an easy fix (I am assuming the battery is the actual problem).

OK, enough messing around with technology, must actually put on my shoes and run.

I oneroused. I decluttered my desk drawer, trundled myself into town to help with a student's benevolence request, and then I OPENED MY MAIL from the IRS right away. It was telling me I'm overpaid. So good thing I didn't spend a week dreading that.
