May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

At work at 6:30. We are now almost halfway done with the shipping, so it will not be a bad Sat, but still, Sat at 6:30 is not worktime in my brain, it is sleeptime.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ouch, Typo! That does sound like suck all the way around.

Your brain is correct, msbelle.

My the goddess grant me the serenity to get through this day. CJ didn't get done/finished what he promised to do last night. The living room is cluttered with his crap. And his room is still only 50% packed. I got mad, he got pissed, I tripped over something of his and have already wrenched my knee and back.

Anti-anxiety meds here I come.

Well, if he doesn't pack it before you turn in the keys, he gonna lose it.

Brilliant sunrise this morning. And then it got grey for market, but appears to be clearing up again. Gotta do some errands and yardwork (largely cleaning up all the neighborhood's recycling that took to the wind last week.) Soon as sandwich finishes.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Planning on going for my twice-yearly hair trim after lunch. whee.

I have decamped to Starbucks until the movers call or 9am (when KCD and B are due). I'm just so spitting mad. I've been working on this for 2 months and my shit and the household shit are ready.

I am a passport agent at work, and I just did yet another family I know - the youngest child is in Dillo's class at school. Thinking back I have done passports for at least 5 families I know from my kids' school. Other passport agents have worked here for years and never done a passport for someone they know, and it happens to me every couple of months!

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

We need to renew our passports; I'll have to remember to come to the library!

Steph, in most cases you can DIY renew, and save the $25 fee. Check the state department web site and it walks you through. (Children always have to renew in person, which is why I see all the kids.)

For those of you in need of house pron updates: here's a lovely bungalow! The problem with this one is I don't drive, and the bus routes are not very good. My mother suggests therapy and a return to driving would be paid for by the relatively low cost of the house: [link]
