I am helping to throw a baby shower tomorrow, for which I'll spend much of the morning making deviled eggs. Also, I need to spend some time reading a few new books that have come in at my library so I can talk them up to some classes next week. And laundry, always laundry.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
since I now how to drive to the most remote part of a nearby town, where my solar contractor has loaned me and my backpacking group his cabin for as long as we need it, which is a little over a week.
I am beginning to suspect that you are in my 'hood-ish.
Enjoy.
Hah--yes, I agree it was totally overdue. I'm very glad the Mere/Cristina feud is over though I'm not sure HOW you can gloss that over (I mean, yes they're friends, but those were some hella unforgivable words said between them)
But I'm worried because this is also Sandra Oh's last season so I really feel like they should end the show this year.
I get to help my dad learn how to answer his new Android phone. That should be fun. Also a book signing for a local author.
Oh, I didn't know that either! I can't see wanting to watch without Yang, really.
Tomorrow I'm hanging out with friends and working on the EPIC SHINY ACCESSORIES that will be the focal points of my outfit for this year's Vampire Ball. Sunday I'm going to a monthly open house tea party some friends host, and there's a good chance my dad will also be there, with his ladyfriend! Which means everyone else will get to finally meet her, and that makes me happy.
I so want to be you sometimes, Jilli. Why don't I know people who host open house tea parties?
It's not as fancy as it sounds, trust me. But it's a nice chance to hang out with friends and see one of my godkids.
I am seeing houses with out realtor ( [link] [link] [link] ) and hosting a tea party "with formal attire!" for Casper and our neighbors. Which gives me as good an excuse as any to go to the Bonbonerie today.
Damn it, the first one has gone under contract since yesterday. Oh well, mr. flea pointed out that he lived across the street with his girlfriend one summer in college, and that would have been weird.
