I am an advil, ibuprofin taker. Not so much anymore, though. A fairly sedentary life has reduced my fibro pain a great deal.

For certain kinds of headaches, the ones that start in my sinuses, tylenol + ibu is my go-to treatment. The tension headaches get naproxen.

When I've had really bad pain -- like tooth pain -- I've used acetaminophen with ibuprofen, too, but in those cases I'll throw almost anything into the mix.
