I have already had an accomplishment today: I figured out how to use the postage meter at work. And learned that a small barrette inside a card is still light enough for just one stamp.
I have to do performance reviews today. Fortunately, I'm finally in a place where I have a really strong team of people that I hired rather than inherited. So for once I am not expecting any tears.
I managed to offload a bunch of tasks to other people because I'm just too overloaded.
….it's only resulted in more work for me.
One of my month end tasks I did yesterday I did incorrectly. It is setting up agreements with 8 customers, you do them each month, a new agreement to last only the month. I entered all of these to last only the DAY. GAH!
