My favorite farm's grape harvest started this week , so I now have a big bowlful of the really tasty Concord grapes (hopefully without bonus spiders), as well as a bunch of tomatoes, cucumbers, and eggplants. Also bought a pound of pricey brisket for work lunches next week and some delicious BBQ ribs for lunch today, as well as a 4 lb. bag of grilled chicken breasts for about 12 dinners.

LeN, I think that article is pretty vapid and useless. Having worked with managers who only asked questions, then what? Where is the leadership when there's no authority or higher level decision making? I'm assuming the manager has talent and information I don't so sometimes, they need to square up and manage people.
