What in the world is bubble tea?
Yes I could google it. I haven't, because I've always assumed I knew what my PNW friends were talking about when they used the phrase, and because my very logical assumptions made from the name are obviously so very wrong. What shock would the Internet add.
I, um, have been refreshing goodreads. Even though I shouldn't.
Bubble tea involves neither bubbles nor tea, as far as I can tell. It's some sweet colored drink with little tapioca balls in it. Tapioca balls I cannot even consider eating since my sister pointed out they have the size and consistency of booger nuggets.
Loki decided to channel Devi's spirit this morning and play Push Things Off starting at 6 am.
The alarm clock was dangling from the table and he was batting at it when it finally went off.
And Pumpkin decided to launch herself at my face as I got out of the shower. Then had to perch on/nuzzle my wet hair.
I HAVE A VACUUM AND I'M GOING TO USE IT TODAY YOU GUYS!
Well played, Loki, that is hilarious
2 10 day old GOATS at market this morning. I WIN!
They were adorkable and getting all tangled up in each other and handbutty and BABY GOATS. (They were orphaned and are being hand-raised by the goat creamery. Franny and Charlotte. )
Timelies all!
Today I will go to the library and pick up the large number of books on hold for me. (Agatha nominations came out recently, and I put the books I haven't read on hold. Which is most of them.)
I can go to the winter Farmer's market a couple blocks away this morning, so I'd better get a move on before I run out of AM.
