Hey there birthday lady, how's it going?

Nice and quiet, thank you! My sweetie knows chocolate is the way to my heart--a box of chocolates *and* a decadent torte-stacked confection of sponge cake, chocolate cheesecake and cream cheese fillings, all covered in dark chocolate ganache--with a candle lit for wishing. He doesn't sing, but he Muppet-hummed, in a voice kind of a cross of Sweetums and Animal. Dinner was beef and turkey meatballs in mushroom gravy over quinoa noodles, with torte-y thing for dessert.

Oh, he wanted me to thank the responsible parties for telling me about coconut oil. We've been having it in our walnut-cranberry whole rolled oatmeal, and it is lovely!
