Living in New Orleans, I am of course insatiably curious about where you went to school, Dana?

Natter 72: We Were Unprepared for This
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
I have to ask about the "pile" of modems and routers?
The cable and phone hookup and the wireless routers for TV and internet are in a weird location, and would be hella expensive/troublesome to re-locate. Plus, I'm not 100% sure where the best location would be. Anyhow, they were in an untidy tangle in an out of the way corner. Now, they're tucked away in a stack of rather attractive baskets.
Franklin, Nora.
35th is unpossible!
I am so tired today. The sleep study went (I don't think well, actually and since this is a necessary step to decannulation, I'm vaguely worried she failed) and now I feel all hungover and gross. Sleep disruption is no one's friend.
I'm also feeding some low level anxiety about a beesting to Noah's neck yesterday evening and his extreme malaise today. kids are all worry.
Thoughts run through the head of EpicTangent:
Huh, wonder how long it's been for me...not gonna bother counting on my fingers to figure it out...Steph's 2 days younger than me, we must be the same graduating class...25!?!?!11!! Seriously!!?!!1!?
Wow, just found out the musician whose family founded my org is going to be inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame.
Liese, that's very cool!
Am currently at a friend's house, keeping an eye on her while her gf is at work. She had heart surgery about 10 days ago and can't be left alone until 2 weeks post-op. I'm always grateful for the chance to help out this friend, since she has done so much for M and me since we moved to town. So we're just hanging out with her cats and each doing some work. It's nice and companionable.
I'm pretty excited about it.
Aww, that's nice of you, Kate.
Kids and worry are why I can't have kids.
35th high school for me this year. Which means everyone in my graduating class is easily grandparent eligible. Not even counting all the people in my graduating class who were *already* parents. And said grandchildren would be cognizent human beings capable of holding a conversation full of ideas and opinions.
I had to count and next year will be my 30th. No ideas if they are doing anything. I might go just as an excuse to go out to the Bay Area for a long weekend.
Two more hours of work. Come on Suz, you can do it.
Oh, glorious temps in the 70s, how I have missed you! t basks
