She's a spoiled little beastie. I'm glad that whatever her early life was (given she was dumped at under a year and had fleas and worms,) her life with me is such that I now get blamed for bad weather on her brief forays into the Outdoors.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
And I've gotten 1.5" in about 90 minutes. Guess I'll go to bed and hope for no ice dams.
I don't know why you won't take me to the regular outside.
I am realizing that I behaved like a spoiled pet when it snowed for more than four hours in PDX. Where did the regular outside go?
I've got 14" on the deck where it hasn't drifted. Um.
And it is kinda pellet-y snow now.
Yikes. I like our headline on boston.com: Storm will be both lion, lamb. Because we're only going to get a couple of inches closer to the coast, but within a couple hours' drive, it will be that 10-14".
Woo-hoo! Snow day! I have to do a little work at home, but I don't have to put on a bra if I don't want to. Yay! And we might get up to five more inches of snow this afternoon.
My mom called this AM saying that my dad is in the hospital. I don't really know much, since my mom is confused and in denial on the best of days. I do know he asked to be taken to the hospital, and that they decided to keep him overnight and now they are checking his pacemaker/defibrillator.
I am also completely out of spoons. It's already been a crap week, and I don't really have anything left to cope with this. It may be nothing, but I decided to stay home from work until I hear how he's doing. Some -ma would be appreciated.
It's going to change to rain here later today. Yuck.
Oh, Sue. I hope it ends up low drama.
Looks like the beginning of a slow snow day -- not enough to close schools in Somerville or declare a Snow Emergency (which I suspect they may end up sorry about).
