The ice vampires have a short window then. You should probably listen to the road signs.

Short hair is a near-guarantee that a girl will be more abrasive, more masculine, and more deranged.

Hey, may I just say, my hair is currently past my waist and I feel like I'm as deranged as any of y'all!

You can't get proper snarly mad woman hair without it being long.

Thank you, Sue. Guh.

My new apartment doesn't have a fireplace. Not that I use the current fireplace all that much, but when I do have it on, it is such a comforting feeling.

Man, my eldest sister can really be a snot sometimes. I got snotty back this time, oops. But then I deleted my comments, because I felt tacky. In my defense, my first comment was, "Pretty!" Apparently, that was too generic for her epic, majestic photo. Eff off, sister.

I feel like my emotional trigger finger is at an all time low these days. Why is the world not accommodating that? I mean, really.

I'd also like to point out that it's currently 62 degrees here, and will apparently be back up to 70 by Sunday.

Oh, we're up to -6F since I last looked. Then I checked the National Weather Service:

  • WIND CHILL VALUES... 20 TO 30 BELOW ZERO THIS EVENING AND EARLY OVERNIGHT... AND 15 TO 25 BELOW ZERO EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.
  • IMPACTS... FROST BITE AND HYPOTHERMIA CAN OCCUR IN A MATTER OF MINUTES.

This morning the weather reported that in-town was the warm spot of the area: 11 degrees (without wind chill).
