I thought I had Reynaud's, but I stopped taking Claritin every day and it seems to have gone away.
Huh. Interesting.
I started taking Zyrtec again a couple days ago, and coincidentally had about the worst bout of depression I've had since I moved to Virginia (and stopped taking Zyrtec) five years ago. Today, without Zyrtec, I'm fine. I wonder if my depression while living in NJ was partly due to Zyrtec.
I wonder about under-reported side effects of common OTC drugs, sometimes.
According to the Mayo Clinic website, daily Sudafed can aggravate or present the symptoms of Reynaud's. Somethign about narrowing the blood vessels?
They also mention Chlortrimeton, which is what I take but only occasionally; typically in warmer weather when things are pollinating.
My mom wants me to take aspirin and my dad wants me to move to San Diego. The one thing I've noticed helping was taking a daily bath instead of shower. Having the fingers and toes submerged in warm water for a period of time on a regular basis seemed to improve the circulation. Not that I do that now, but for a couple of years I only had a tub.

We had a couple of inches fall last night and we might get a bit more today.
Has anyone stolen my motivation? I got up, took a shower, put on a bra and then, woooosh, away it went.
And now he's here, but sitting in his truck outside.

(Or not doing one, I'm not the boss of you.)
I did not make it to work in time to do meditation this morning because I really, really didn't want to get out of bed. Because it feels like -16F.
I woke up early so I got to work early. I got stuck for a few minutes getting out of my parking space because there's still a barrier of ice between the parked cars and the street.
I'm now at work, bundled up and huddling around a space heater.
