I like both of those dresses! I think the polka-dot one isn't very fancy for a wedding, though. And the pattern on the other might come off a bit muddy from far away. But they're both super cute, so...

Nice and interesting evening, I had a guest over to trade massages (strictly aboveboard, he's straight). Apparently I did an OK job despite lack of training, as he nearly fell asleep. He was much better at it though, I feel like jelly now.

And how did no one ever tell me about how good temple massages feel? When Sam was going surprise massage-crazy and working kinks into my back during sex a couple years ago, why couldn't he have concentrated on my temples instead?!?

I am not sure how formal the wedding will be, definitely not tuxes for the wedding party though. These are things I have been told "snazzy casual, casual fancy, sharp relaxed" colors "gray, brown white and some color or two".

The other night I fell asleep with a black cat curled up to the right of my head and a white cat curled up to my left. I felt like I should be illustrating a tarot card or something. Slept pretty good, too.

And Ginger, like you I am quite hopeful about some of the new targeted treatments but so far her cancer remains "undifferentiated," meaning no specific tumor markers are present. They still don't even know what kind it is.

I did two miles on the treadmill today. I am slow; it took me an hour and 13 minutes, but I did it. My plan of putting the treadmill in front of the television is working.

If I were as addicted to the treadmill as I am to the laptop, I'd be in good shape pretty quick.

I really need to figure out how to get up in the morning. When I was younger I had no problem at all. Now when the alarm goes off I reset it, snooze, etc. I make all sorts of rationalizations in my sleep about how it is OK. I think living alone and not having to punch a time clock are why this happens, but I need to fix it because I am soo late for work every day and spending a fortune on Taxis.
