That's beautiful. Or taken literally, incredibly gross.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

MCPHEE IS BACK

WOO. Congrats to McPhee on her wedding, and to her for having her back again!

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Yay McPhee! I need a McPhee.

Flurrying here, but it doesn't sound like it will get to snowy in upstate.

My cafeteria has the most unappetizing names for vegetable blends. Today there is one called "Chuck Wagon", which reminds me of dog food. It is Corn, Red Pepper, Onion, Green Pepper, though. Which seems more like "Southwest Blend" to me. Nothing on the menu sounds good to me today, and I hate their sandwich meat.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I bet they were going for "cowboy food" with "chuck wagon."

This is a line in the description of the "Beefy Italian" soup: seasoned with smoked pork concentrate and ham base. I was all set to order it, and then that turned me off. I think I am getting the chicken ceasar salad, but with blue cheese instead of ceasar dressing. I miss the cobb salad.

Man, I love Kaiser. I finally got into the system again (I signed up on December 1st, but it took 7 weeks to get my information sent over from the exchange and pay my premium) and booked the first available mammogram slot. Which is in half an hour, so I'm off to get my boobs squeezed.

(I know not everyone has had good experiences with Kaiser, but they've been great for my family.)

I love paying bills at work, not work bills, my bills. Taking care of necessary life stuff and not taking my home time to do it? awesome. perhaps my boss would not feel the same, but it is much less of a timesuck than say, looking on pinterest for pretty things.

ION, I am winning the battle against the papers this week. Yesterday I processed and filed shipping statements from last Thurs- Sat, and then paid and filed 15 or so invoices. Today I am dealing with yesterday's shipping statements and then tackling some more problematic stuff that just keeps getting put off (and buried). I have a week old request to find some statements from 2012. I thought I had them, but I had statement type A box pulled from 2012 and I need statement type B box. These old docs are stored in boxes in a shipping container on our dirty yard that we use as a storage shed. I avoid going out to them, but I think I will have to today.

Our wings are not tired

No snow here, in fact it's already over 70 out.

brillig

We haven't had decent snow in Utah for nearly a month. They're already calling it drought.
